Return Process

Contact our support team at hello@decafco.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain sealed to comply with food safety regulations.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
